The plain rules for using BuilderBell.

These terms cover the BuilderBell Android app and this website, made by SoftQuill Labs ("we"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use BuilderBell.

A fan-made app

BuilderBell is an unofficial fan project. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Supercell. Clash of Clans, its names and its art are trademarks and property of Supercell, and are used under Supercell's Fan Content Policy. For problems with the game itself, contact Supercell, not us.

Free to use

BuilderBell is free and supported by banner ads. Everything in the app is available to everyone; there are no paid features. If we ever offer optional tips, they will be voluntary and unlock nothing.

Using BuilderBell

  • Use it for your own villages, for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Don't misuse our server: no scraping, flooding it with requests, or using it to look up players in bulk. We limit requests and may block addresses that abuse it.
  • Don't copy, resell or republish the app, or pretend to be BuilderBell or SoftQuill Labs.

Your use of Clash of Clans is still covered by Supercell's own terms. BuilderBell doesn't log in to, automate or change the game: you start every upgrade yourself.

Accuracy and alerts

We work hard to keep costs, times and max levels right, but game data comes from community sources and may lag behind a game update, and timers are only as fresh as your last copy of the Data Export. Your phone's battery and notification settings can also delay or block alerts.

So BuilderBell is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, accurate or on time, and we're not responsible for missed upgrades, lost resources or anything else that results from relying on it. Where the law doesn't allow these limits, they apply as far as the law allows.

Your data

How BuilderBell handles your information is described in the privacy policy. In short: your villages stay on your phone.

Changes and ending

We may update BuilderBell and these terms. When the terms change, we'll update the date at the top. We may stop offering BuilderBell, for example if Supercell's Fan Content Policy changes. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling it.
